Apply for an ISBN from SBA Reads
At SBA Reads, we simplify the process of acquiring an ISBN (International Standard Book Number) for your book. An ISBN is essential for identifying your book in global markets, ensuring it is professionally cataloged and distributed.
1. Go to the ISBN Section
On your dashboard, find the ISBN Services tab or section. Click it to access detailed information and the application form for your ISBN.
2. Choose Your ISBN Package
SBA Reads offers a variety of ISBN packages to suit your needs:
• Single ISBN: Ideal for authors with one book.
• Bulk ISBNs: Perfect for publishers or authors with multiple projects.
• ISBN + Barcode Bundle: Includes a scannable barcode for easier retail distribution.
3. Complete the Application Form
Fill out the form with your book details, including:
• Title
• Author Name(s)
• Book Format (e.g., paperback, hardcover, e-book)
• Genre/Category
4. Complete Payment
Proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is successful.
5. Receive your ISBN
After processing your request, SBA Reads will assign an ISBN to your book. You will receive an email with your ISBN and instructions for integrating it into your book’s cover or metadata.
